In the event of a pricing error, Quietus™ reserves the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. If your payment method has already been charged for a cancelled order, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

All items purchased from Quietus™ are shipped pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. Quietus™ is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay caused by the shipping carrier once the package has been tendered for delivery.

For international orders, you are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees that may be assessed by your country's customs authorities. 6.4 Shipping Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Quietus™ is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address.

We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within sixty (60) days. If the dispute is not resolved within that period, either party may proceed with formal legal action as described above.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you and Quietus™ each agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
