90-Day Return Window
We offer a generous 90-day return window from the date your order is delivered. If you're not completely happy with your purchase within that timeframe, you're welcome to initiate a return for a full refund or exchange.
- The 90-day window begins on the date of delivery, not the date of purchase.
- Returns received after the 90-day window may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of our support team.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number) is required for all returns.
Condition of Returns
To ensure a smooth return experience, please make sure your items meet the following conditions:
- Unused or gently tried: Items should be in new or like-new condition. We understand you may need to try a product to know if it's right for you, and that's perfectly fine.
- Original packaging: Whenever possible, please return items in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and inserts.

Refund Process

- Receive your return authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions. Please do not send items back without an RMA number, as this may delay your refund.
- Ship your return: Pack your item(s) securely and ship them to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.
- Inspection and approval: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) within 3–5 business days and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Receive your refund: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Refund Details
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Quietus error or a defective product.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is the result of our error, a defective item, or a damaged shipment.
- If your refund has been approved and more than 15 business days have passed without receiving it, please contact us at support@tryquietus.com so we can investigate.
Non-Refundable Items
While we strive to accept returns on as many products as possible, certain items are not eligible for a refund due to hygiene, safety, or customization reasons:
- Gift cards: All Quietus gift card purchases are final and non-refundable.
- Personalized or custom-made items: Products that have been customized, engraved, or made to order specifically for you cannot be returned.

How Exchanges Work
- Contact us: Email support@tryquietus.com with your order number and let us know what you'd like to exchange and what you'd prefer instead.
- Ship your original item: We'll provide return instructions and an RMA number. Send back the original item following the same condition guidelines outlined above.
- Receive your new item: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll ship out your replacement item promptly. You'll receive a new tracking number via email.
Exchange Details
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your desired item is out of stock, we'll notify you immediately and offer a full refund or help you choose an alternative.
- If the replacement item is of a higher value, you'll be responsible for paying the difference. If it's of a lower value, we'll refund the difference to your original payment method.
- We recommend initiating exchanges as early as possible within the 90-day return window to ensure availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

What to Do If Your Item Arrives Damaged
- Document the damage: Please take clear photos of the damaged item, the packaging, and any shipping labels. This helps us file claims with our carriers and improve our packaging.
- Contact us within 7 days: Email support@tryquietus.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and the photos you've taken.
- We'll take care of the rest: Our team will review your case promptly and arrange for a free replacement or full refund — including all shipping costs. You will not be responsible for any return shipping fees on damaged or defective items.
Our Commitment
- Damaged and defective item claims are given top priority and are typically resolved within 1–2 business days.
- In most cases, we will ship a replacement before asking you to return the damaged item — or we may not require a return at all.
