90-Day Return Window
Quietus™ offers a generous 90-day return window from the date your order is delivered. We know it can take time to fully evaluate a product, and we want you to have the space to make sure it's the right fit for your needs.
- The 90-day window begins on the date of delivery, as confirmed by your tracking information.
- To initiate a return, simply contact our support team within the 90-day period.
- Returns received after the 90-day window may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at Quietus™'s discretion.
Condition of Returns
To ensure a smooth return experience, Quietus™ asks that returned items meet the following conditions:
- Original packaging: Items should be returned in their original packaging whenever possible, including all accessories, manuals, and inserts.
- Reasonable condition: Products should be in gently used or like-new condition. We understand that you need to try a product to know if it works for you, and normal use within the return window is perfectly acceptable.
- Proof of purchase: Please have your order number or confirmation email available. This helps us locate your order quickly and process your return without delay.
- All components included: Any bundled items, bonus accessories, or complementary products that came with your order should be included in the return.
If an item is returned in a condition that falls outside these guidelines, Quietus™ reserves the right to issue a partial refund or contact you to discuss options.
Refund Process

- Receive your return authorization: We'll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return shipping instructions.
- Ship your return: Pack your item securely and send it back using the provided instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your peace of mind.
- Inspection and processing: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item within 3–5 business days.
- Refund issued: Upon approval, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
Quietus™ will send you an email confirmation at each step of the process so you're never left wondering about the status of your return.
Shipping Costs
If your return is due to a Quietus™ error — such as a wrong item shipped, a defective product, or a damaged delivery — we will cover all return shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Refundable Items
While Quietus™ strives to accept returns on as many products as possible, certain items are not eligible for a refund:
- Gift cards: All gift card purchases are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
- Personalized or custom-made items: Products that have been customized, engraved, or made to order specifically for you are non-refundable.
- Hygiene-sensitive products: For health and safety reasons, items that are intimate or sanitary in nature cannot be returned once opened or used.
- Final sale items: Products marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable" at the time of purchase are excluded from our return policy.
- Downloadable or digital products: Digital content that has been accessed or downloaded is not eligible for a refund.
- Bundled promotional items: Free gifts or promotional items received as part of a special offer must be returned along with the qualifying purchase; they cannot be returned independently.

Exchanges
Need a different size, color, or variant? Quietus™ is happy to help you find the perfect match. We handle exchanges in the following way:
- Direct exchanges: Contact us at support@tryquietus.com and let us know what you'd like to exchange and your preferred replacement. We'll do our best to accommodate your request based on current availability.
- Availability: If the item you'd like is in stock, we'll ship your replacement as soon as we receive and process your return. If the desired item is out of stock, we'll notify you immediately and offer alternatives or a full refund.
- Price differences: If your exchange item is of a higher value, we'll charge the difference to your original payment method. If it's of a lower value, we'll refund the difference.
- Expedited exchanges: Need your replacement quickly? Let us know, and we can arrange to ship your new item before we receive the return. A temporary hold may be placed on your payment method until the original item is received.
Exchanges are subject to the same 90-day window and condition requirements as standard returns. Each order is eligible for one exchange. If the exchanged item still doesn't meet your expectations, you may return it for a full refund within the original return window.
Damaged or Defective Items
At Quietus™, we take great care in packaging and shipping every order. However, we understand that accidents can happen during transit. If you receive a damaged or defective item, here's what to do:
- Document the damage: Please take clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging. This helps us improve our shipping process and resolve your claim quickly.
- Contact us immediately: Reach out to support@tryquietus.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and the photos you've taken.
- We'll make it right: Depending on the situation and your preference, Quietus™ will either send a free replacement, issue a full refund, or offer store credit — whichever works best for you.
You will not be required to pay for return shipping on damaged or defective items. In many cases, we won't even ask you to send the damaged item back. Our priority is getting you a product you're happy with as quickly as possible.
Warranty Defects
If a product develops a defect after the 90-day return window but within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us. Quietus™ stands behind the quality of our products, and we'll evaluate warranty claims on a case-by-case basis to find a fair resolution.
