Processing Time

Quietus™ processes all orders within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) after your order is confirmed. During peak seasons, promotional events, or product launches, processing times may extend to 5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and a second notification when your order has shipped.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

Shipping Methods and Costs

Quietus™ offers several shipping options to accommodate your needs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected method, order weight, and destination.

Free standard shipping is automatically applied to qualifying domestic orders at checkout. Quietus™ reserves the right to modify shipping rates and free shipping thresholds at any time without prior notice.

Domestic Shipping

Quietus™ ships to all 50 United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories. Domestic shipments are fulfilled through trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The specific carrier and service level will be determined based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times are calculated from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed, as carriers may experience delays due to weather, high volume, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Please note: Shipments to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and certain remote areas may require additional transit time and may be limited to USPS delivery only.

International Shipping

Quietus™ currently offers international shipping to select countries. International shipping availability and rates are displayed at checkout based on your destination address.

International Shipping Details

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost charged by Quietus™. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on applicable fees before placing your order.

Quietus™ is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. Packages held by customs are outside our control, and we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates for international shipments.

Order Tracking

Quietus™ provides tracking information for every shipped order. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

You can also track your order by:

  1. Logging into your account at tryquietus.com and navigating to your order history
  2. Clicking the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email
  3. Visiting the carrier's website directly and entering your tracking number

Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system. If your tracking information has not updated after 48 hours, please contact our support team.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Quietus™ is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after the carrier confirms delivery. However, we understand how frustrating these situations can be, and we are here to help.

If Your Package Is Lost in Transit

If your tracking information shows no movement for more than 7 business days (domestic) or 21 business days (international), please contact us at support@tryquietus.com. Quietus™ will work directly with the carrier to investigate the status of your shipment and determine the best resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.

If Your Package Is Marked as Delivered but Not Received

We recommend the following steps:

  1. Check around your delivery area, including porches, garages, and with neighbors
  2. Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation
  3. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to inquire about the delivery location
  4. Wait 48 hours, as packages are occasionally marked as delivered prematurely

If you are still unable to locate your package after taking these steps, please reach out to our support team within 15 days of the delivery date so we can assist you further.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the damaged packaging and product. Quietus™ will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Address Accuracy

Quietus™ is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase, including apartment or suite numbers, zip codes, and any special delivery instructions.

If you realize your address is incorrect after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@tryquietus.com. We will do our best to update the address before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or been handed off to the carrier.

If a package is returned to Quietus™ due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to reship the order.

Important: Quietus™ strongly recommends using a secure, accessible delivery address. If you will not be available to receive your package, consider shipping to a workplace or using a carrier's hold-at-location service to prevent theft or weather damage.
