Order Processing Time
All orders placed through tryquietus.com are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Please note the following regarding processing times:
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
- During promotional events, product launches, or peak seasons, processing times may be extended by an additional 1–2 business days.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and a second notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods and Costs
Quietus offers several shipping options to accommodate your needs. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight of your order, and your selected shipping method.
Available Shipping Methods
- Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days after processing
- Expedited Shipping: 3–5 business days after processing
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days after processing
Shipping Cost Overview
- Standard Shipping: Complimentary on all domestic orders over $50. Orders under $50 are subject to a flat rate of $5.99.
- Expedited Shipping: Starting at $12.99, depending on order weight and destination.
- Express Shipping: Starting at $22.99, depending on order weight and destination.
Quietus reserves the right to modify shipping rates and free shipping thresholds at any time. Any applicable shipping costs will always be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Domestic Shipping
Quietus ships to all 50 United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Please be aware of the following details regarding domestic shipments:
- Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may require additional transit time beyond the standard estimates listed above.
- Quietus does not currently ship to P.O. Boxes for expedited or express shipping methods. Standard shipping to P.O. Boxes is available where supported by the carrier.
- Delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier volume, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Certain oversized or restricted items may have limited shipping options. Any restrictions will be noted on the product page.
International Shipping
Quietus is proud to offer international shipping to select countries worldwide. International shipping availability and rates are determined at checkout based on your destination.
International Shipping Details
- Estimated Delivery Time: 7–21 business days after processing, depending on the destination country and selected shipping method.
- Shipping Costs: International shipping rates vary by destination, package weight, and dimensions. All applicable costs will be displayed at checkout.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes imposed by the destination country. Please note:
- Quietus is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees that may be assessed by your country's customs authority.
- These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost displayed at checkout.
- We recommend contacting your local customs office for information about potential charges before placing an international order.
- Refusal to pay customs duties may result in the package being returned to Quietus, and the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs incurred.
International Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may not be eligible for international shipping due to regulatory restrictions, size limitations, or carrier policies. If an item cannot be shipped to your location, you will be notified during the checkout process.
Order Tracking
Quietus provides tracking information for all shipped orders so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page.
- Tracking information may take 24–48 hours after shipment to become active in the carrier's system.
- You can also track your order at any time by logging into your Quietus account on tryquietus.com and visiting your order history.
- If you placed your order as a guest, please use the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
If your tracking information has not updated for more than 7 business days for domestic orders or 14 business days for international orders, please contact our support team for assistance.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Quietus takes great care in packaging and shipping your orders. However, we understand that issues can occasionally arise during transit.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost, please follow these steps:
- Verify your shipping address by reviewing your order confirmation email.
- Check with neighbors, building management, or household members who may have received the package on your behalf.
- Contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number to file an inquiry or initiate a trace.
- If the carrier is unable to locate your package, contact Quietus at support@tryquietus.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Please include your order number and any relevant details.
Quietus will work with the carrier to investigate the matter and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement or refund for confirmed lost packages.
Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Quietus is not responsible for packages that are stolen from the delivery location. We recommend:
- Using a secure delivery location or requiring a signature upon delivery if available.
- Filing a police report for stolen packages.
- Contacting the carrier to file a claim.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@tryquietus.com within 7 days of delivery. Include the following information:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage
- Photographs of the damaged product and packaging
Our team will review your claim and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
Address Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate. Quietus is not responsible for orders that are delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
- Please double-check your street address, apartment or unit number, city, state, zip code, and country before submitting your order.
- If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@tryquietus.com. We will do our best to update the address before your order ships, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has entered processing.
- If a package is returned to Quietus due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to reship the order.
- Quietus is not liable for any losses resulting from packages delivered to an incorrect address that was provided by the customer.
Tip: If you are ordering a gift or shipping to an address other than your billing address, please take extra care to verify all address details to avoid delivery issues.
