Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost, please follow these steps:

Quietus will work with the carrier to investigate the matter and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement or refund for confirmed lost packages.

Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Quietus is not responsible for packages that are stolen from the delivery location. We recommend:
